The registration is divided in two steps, Step1) and
Step2).
During Step1) you can register name and e-mail and ask for an oral contribution (20 minutes)
or poster. The DEADLINE for abstract submission is April 15th 2016. Your title and abstract will be reviewed by the SOC and you will be informed if your
talk has been accepted. Once you have completed Step1) you will be directed to a different page to complete
Step2).
Please, be aware that your registration won't be complete until you finish Step1) and Step2).
In Step2)
you will be asked to enter your passport number or ID number and a password. Please leave the password field empty when registering
for the first time in Step2). A password will be generated for you at the end of the registration process that you can use at a later
time to acces your record.
The conference fee is 190 EUR if paying before May 15th 2016. After May 15th the conference fee will increase to 240 EUR so
early registration is recommended to avoid an increase in the cost of the fee. Also, it is recommended to book the Hotel early.
The conference fee covers lunch for three days (tuesday, wednesday and thrursday) and coffe breaks during the
duration of the conference.
If you wish to attend the conference dinner (50 EUR not included in the conference fee) you can pre-pay it during Step2).
The payment is processed by our partner agent Fundacion Leonardo Torres Quevedo (FLTQ) which will issue a bill to your name or the name of your
University (you can choose the name in the bill during Step2).
