Talk Requests and Abstract Submissions:

Important: The deadline for talk request and abstract submission has been extended to 15th May.
Registration Fee : 70 euros

How to Register:

1) First, fill out the Registration Form.
2) Once the registration form is submitted, payments should be made HERE.

Please remember that your registration is not complete until the registration form has been submitted and your payment has been made. You should receive an email stating that you are officially registered once the registration is complete.

Hotel Reservation:

We strongly encourage all participants to reserve their hotel room at the Hotel Chiqui where the conference is taking place and where we have negotiated a very good rate for the rooms (with breakfast and internet included).
