Conference Fees and Payment Info:

Registration (Includes lunch daily throughout the conference)

Registration CLOSES on June 15th (no registrations will be accepted after this date)

Talk Requests and Abstract Submissions:

Important: The deadline for talk request and abstract submission will be May 31st. After this date we might not consider new requests for talks.

Registration Fee (before May 15th): 250 euros - EXTENDED until June 15th
Registration Fee (after May 31st): 300 euros

Conference Dinner: 50 euros (This can be paid with the registration or separately.)
The conference dinner can be paid on-site (cash only) up to two days before the dinner.

How to Register:

1) First, fill out the Registration Form.
2) Once the registration form is submitted, payments should be made through the Altamira Congresos.

Please remember that your registration is not complete until the registration form has been submitted and your payment has been made. You should receive an email stating that you are officially registered once the registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you paid the regsitration fee and you can not attend the meeting, we will return your registration fee minus a 12 EUR processing fee. Cancellation should be made at least one week prior to the beginning of the conference (before June 17th).

Hotel Reservation:

We strongly encourage all participants to reserve their hotel room at the Hotel Santemar where the conference is taking place and where we have negotiated a very good rate for the rooms (with breakfast and internet included).
