Registration

Registration CLOSES on June 15th (no registrations will be accepted after this date)

Registration Fee: 300 euros (Includes lunch daily throughout the conference)

Planck Members Registration Fee: 250 euros (Includes lunch daily throughout the conference

Travel grants available: A limited number of grants are available for young student researchers. These grants cover the cost of hotel. To apply, please send an email to sz2011@ifca.unican.es, include a brief description of your work and the reasons why you would like to attend this conference. Priority will be given to those who give a talk.

How to Register:

1) First, fill out the Registration Form.
2) Once the registration form is submitted, payments should be made through the Fundacion Leonardo Tores Quevedo.
** Please remember that your registration is not complete until the registration form has been submitted and your payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you paid the regsitration fee and you can not attend the meeting, we will return your registration fee minus a 12 EUR processing fee. Cancellation should be made at least one week prior to the beginning of the conference (before June 20th).

We strongly encourage all participants to reserve their hotel room at the Hotel Santemar where the conference is taking place and where we have negotiated a very good rate for the rooms (with breakfast and internet included).
