Cabins: We have negotiated special rates for the conference participants and their companions (if any). As part of this deal, the cruise company offered us the superior "Fantastica" experience at a lower cost than normal. We have booked a number of rooms for the conference. The bookings are managed by our partner travel agency Viajes El Corte Ingles. The quoted prices below inlcudes the conference fee, room and meals in the boat. For companions just the basic price (without any additional fees) will be applied. All prices listed below are per person. We have maganed to negotiate different types of rooms and ocupations but there may be some special cases where a special arrangement is needed. In these particular cases the proces may vary a bit. Please contact our travel agent directly to discuss your accommodation options if this is your case. The prices below may vary but we will update them as they change. Current estimated price for accompanying person is 1048 EUR. Kids (17 yr or younger) still pay the same (276 EUR).

PRICES PER PARTICIPANTS AT THE COSMOLOGY MEETING :

INCLUDES: Access to the Scientific Sessions, Conference's material and documentation, breakfast in bed (how cool is that), lunch and dinners during the duration of the conference and cruise taxes and fees. IMPORTANT: There is only a small number of staterooms available for single use. These options will be available only until filled and by request.

PRICE PER ACCOMPANYING PERSON :

These options will be available only by request and until filled. The price for a child is based on a room with two adults.
